Can I provide my own custom packaging?
Yes! Custom boxes will be billed as an additional item for each order.
Do you charge for receiving inventory?
No. We offer free receiving for our customers. However we charge receiving fees for floor loaded containers or case-packed SKUs.
Can you handle fragile products? Does it cost extra?
Yes. We do charge an additional $.50/item for bubble pouches or wrap or other fragile packaging.
Do You Have Minimum Pick and Pack Fee?
We have a monthly minimum pick and pack fee of $250. If you don’t reach this minimum with your picking fees, we will add the rest to your monthly invoice. For example: If your picking fees are $175, that means you will be charged for the $75 difference.
PS: Your minimum monthly fee equals the storage charges per month.
Do I Need To Pay A Setup Fee?
No. We do not charge any setup fee, monthly fee or any subscription fee. We do not require contract either.
Do You Insure the Inventory?
No. You should have your own insurance policy. You should add our location to your insurance policy.
What Is A Special Task?
A special task is a non-standard work that can be anything from kitting & assembly to labeling or inventory reconciliation to repackaging.

First Item Pick Fee Per Order $2.00
If there is only one item in your order. This is the only fee you will pay to pick your order.

Additional Items Per Order $0.40
For orders with two or more items, this is the fee you will be charged for each item after the first item pick fee.

Promotional Inserts $0.20
Any paper marketing material including flyer, brochure, thank you card etc.

Storage $4.00 - $50.00
Bin storage: $4/m, Pallet storage up to 55" $50/m.

Special Tasks $40.00 man-hour
This includes tasks like counting inventory, repackaging products, quality control, bagging products etc.

Container Unloading $300.00 - $600.00
If the cargo in container is palletized, there is no receiving fee. If the cargo is free loaded, then we need to off-load and palletize inventory for you, you’ll be billed based on the size of the container.

Minimum Pick and Pack Fee $250.00
We have no restrictions for client volume but there is a cost of running each account. Therefore, we have a minimum monthly pick fee. It is minimum $250/month or equals your storage fees. Whichever is higher.

Packaging Materials $.25 - $5.00
We stock many different shipping boxes, bubble mailers, clear poly bags, white poly mailers, and pallets. You will be charged based the material we use for your order.

Case-Pack Receiving $2.50 / each
We do not charge for standart receiving. However if your SKUs are case-packed, we charge $2.50 per case to cover our costs.
